At RiseDesignID, we strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. Please review our return policy for both physical and digital products below:

Physical Products:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@risedesignid.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address provided.
3. After receiving the product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Digital Downloads:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
